The space
The home is about 4,000 square feet and a wonderful spot for family get togethers and small gatherings. The layout is inviting and open with everything on one floor.

The room configuration is as follows:

Master Bedroom / King with En-suite and double twin trundle / TV premium cable suite
Bedroom 2 / King / Full bathroom adjacent hallway to share / Internet TV
Bedroom 3 / King / Full bathroom adjacent hallway to share / Internet TV
Bedroom 4 / Queen / Full bathroom adjacent hallway to share
Bedroom 5 / Two twin bunk beds with separate adjacent bathroom outside the door

Enter through the lovely foyer into a sitting parlor and game room. There is a 10 person dining room table, and a fully stocked family room with a 65 inch flat screen and full premium cable.

The kitchen - fully equipped for the chef in the group. Make waffles, a delicate sole, or fire up the BBQ. Any meal can be accommodated in this gourmet kitchen with Viking Stove and subzero refrigerator. Stock up and dine in. We'll stock it for you - send a list to your personal shopper.

The splendor:
The heart of this home is the outdoors. It feels like a personal boutique resort. It is complete with pool, water slide, fountains, hot tub, lounge chairs - the works! There is an outdoor fire pit, outdoor fireplace. Roast s'mores and have a fireside chat. So a little putting or play pick up basketball on the sport court. Table tennis, shaded lounge area - everyone will have something they love.

We are the Sterling. Just name the service you need and we will deliver it - massages by the pool, private yoga instructor, chef for the group. All are available upon request at added fee. Just ask!

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair available. We are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine.

This is a smoke-free property. Thank you for not smoking. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $2,500.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours, per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. Please note that we do not provide speakers or sound systems for use in our properties. Additionally, this is not suitable space for a party venue.

Please note that we can provide pool heating and there is a $100/day fee to have the pool heated. We cannot accommodate partial heating, your full number of days would be billed for pool heat.

Please note that we do not provide firewood, so you will want to bring your own if you plan to use the fireplace.
